AD+ Studio is a boutique architectural practice led by founding architect Mr. Đặng Anh Dũng, who brings a decade of experience in teaching, design, and project management. By seamlessly integrating academic research with practical application, we ensure that our projects do more than just fulfil client requirements—they are deeply rooted in architectural theory, serving as a strong foundation and an inspiration for the current generation of architects.
Beyond project development, we are dedicated to fostering a team of architects with a comprehensive perspective, capable of managing projects from concept to completion. Our studio operates under a multi-layered management structure, where the lead architect directly takes charge of key designs and performs quality control while each project is handled by a team of 2-3 architects assisted by a network of interns from specialized university programs.

One of our greatest challenges is transforming design concepts into reality within a landscape, and construction techniques in Vietnam still face significant limitations. Striking a balance between creative design and practical technical execution is always a complex task.
To address this, we thoroughly study the project context, local construction techniques, and available materials, along with the specific requirements, before developing design solutions. We also foster close collaboration with experts and local contractors to ensure that every design is executed precisely as envisioned. Additionally, we continuously update our knowledge of materials and construction technologies, considering their practical applicability in relevant contexts, allowing us to optimize costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Are there new strategies in place to expand your current portfolio?
We are actively expanding our project portfolio in two key areas. First, we are integrating advanced technologies into our design process by utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) and AI to enhance efficiency in both design and project management. Second, we are prioritizing sustainability by developing environmentally friendly architectural solutions, incorporating recycled materials, and implementing energy-efficient technologies. Furthermore, we actively explore opportunities to collaborate with international firms on projects in Vietnam, working as the local architectural partner. This provides valuable insights into global best practices in design, project management, and construction techniques, while also sharing feasible techniques and practical solutions from Vietnam.
